Power Sled & Harness - Indoor
Improve your training with the RAM Rugby Power Sled Harness, designed for resisted movement exercises that mimic rugby movements and enhance athletic performance.
Sled training allows walking, running, or sprinting while pulling weight, providing sport-specific benefits beyond traditional exercises like squats and deadlifts. It targets single-leg movements and emphasizes powerful ankle, knee, and hip extension.
This training strengthens the posterior chain, promotes muscular balance, and supports improvements in scrums, sprints, and tackles.

Orders are generally shipped the same business day. Orders placed before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same business day. We ship out of the Netherlands with a fast courier, so orders will take 1–4 days to reach you.
